Mass-ive Art Journey WINNER!
Mass-ive Art Journey 2006This event if full for our
store, it sold out in 5 hours!! Ink About It of Westford, Colorful Creations of Cape Cod (Hyannis) and Absolutely Everything of Topsfield have collaborated to bring you a totally fun and creative experience this fall. Each store will register 30 customers who will receive a special “passport” for their journey. As you visit each store we will have a project for you to create in your passport and you will receive a free gift thanks to our generous supporters: Hero Arts, Junkitz and Ranger Industries. You will have six weeks to complete your journey to all three stores between September 29th and November 11th. After that you will return to your home store to show your completed passport and have your name entered into a raffle for a grand prize worth $200. There will be one grand prize winner at each location.
What a great way to spend a fall day! Call a friend, get a coffee, and jump in the car for a nice autumn drive to one of these fabulous Massachusetts papercraft stores for your creative art journey! And now, for the fine print... Passport refunds will be given in the form of store credit to be spent on the day of issue. this list of FAQs (that's "frequently asked questions" for
those of you not-in-the-know, and seriously, try to get out a bit more,
will you?) 1. Do I have to do this all in one day? I mean, I have a life, you know. Answer - Well, that's an excellent point. Even for those who have NO life, you do have about 6 weeks to accomplish this. 2. What are the available dates? Will it interfere with my book club? Answer - You will have from Friday, September 29 through Sunday, November 12th to complete the journey. If this interferes with your book club, perhaps you are reading a little bit too much. 3. When, exactly can I register for this? And can I call you with a credit card...I like to do all my purchasing in my pajamas. Answer - All registrations for this event must be done in person, at the home store, beginning on Friday, September 29th. First come, first served. Dress is casual but you may want to throw a coat on over those pajamas. 4. Will you give me directions to the other two stores? (my car can drive to Colorful Creations automatically-no problem there) Answer - We will have maps available at the time of sign-up for each participant. This is definitely one of those times you do NOT want to get lost. 5.What is so "grand" about the grand prize. I never win anything...do I even stand a chance here? Answer - We are still receiving prizes from our vendors, even as I write, and I can only say that I wish I were eligible for this very cool assortment. Since each store is limited to 30 players, you have a pretty decent chance to win. Better than your chances with all those scratch tickets you are buying at the 7-11. (Each of the three grand prizes is identical.) 6. What if I'm so busy with my reading that I miss out on the sign-up and it is filled by the time I can get in to the store? Answer - Unfortunately, we are limited to 30 players this year. We will repeat the event next year, or sooner, with more spaces if needed. Mark your calendar so you will remember to stop by!!
