Update to Noreen's Crafty SALE!
Just an update on Noreen's Crafty Sale which was held at the store on Saturday June 26th.
We had such a wonderful turn-out, and came away with an amazing amount of money. We thank everyone who made it out to the sale. It was so nice that Noreen's sister, Diane, her sister-in-law, Celia, and her long-time best friend, Patrice, could be a part of the day too. We have been mulling over the options for what will be done with the money. Diane has pretty much insisted that the money come back to Noreen's friends, and clubmates to continue her joy of papercrafting.
So, we will use the money for Raffle Prizes when the store has events like VIP Night, ScrapPink, and probably a few other special events through the year.
Here's the exciting news!.........we thought it would be a great idea to start this raffle immediately!
Starting right now, anyone who brings some pet food and/or supplies to the store to donate to the MSPCA, will be entered in the first raffle of a free $25 class plus $10 to spend on product the day of the class!
Noreen would love this! Not only did she love papercrafting, but she loved animals too!
So, everyone, add pet supplies to your grocery list, bring them to the store between july 12-26th and keep your fingers crossed that your ticket will be the lucky winner! (each time you bring some in we will enter you into the raffle!)

We are so excited to be participating, once again, in the popular Summer Stroll program. The event begins on July 1st and continues through Sept 20th. Passports are just $5 each (cash only) and they are on sale now. Take your passport to each of the nine stores involved to receive a one-time shopping discount of 20%. (some exclusions may apply)
Shop at all Summer Stroll stores by Sept 20th and you'll be entered into a drawing for a $20.00 gift certificate to each of the nine participating stores. That's a total of $180.00 in gift certificates! There will be five winners in all. Each store will also offer an individual raffle basket of great prizes for one more lucky winner.
Completed passports should be returned to home stores by September 27th for entry into the drawings.

Holiday Countdown Advent Calendar:(Saturday July 17th 9a-1p) 7 spots left! This is the 5th year jenn has been offering an advent calendar class. Each year has brought a more creative and unique home decor-item that makes a perfect gift, although truthfully people end up keeping it for themselves because they love it so much! This year will not disappoint! Combining a muse's fabulous holiday images and papers you will create this beautiful advent board, with 25 different containers to store special treats in! You could alter this for any celebration. This is a must do class, you won't be disappointed! Supply retail value is well over $100 per student $75 per student
A Copic Christmas:(Saturday July 17th 2:30-4:30) Jenn is a certified copic instructor and she loves to show tips and tricks with these fabulous markers! We are hosting a 12 month series of 2 page layouts kits featuring new product releases (12x12 papers,embellishments and color instructions) with enough product to create the 2 pages and then some!! The cost is $16 per month (retail value of kit is $22) We ask that customers sign up 2 months at a time. The studio will be vailable for use the last wednesday of the month to work on your kits at no extra charge.

Classes are held in our spacious studio, and taught by experienced instructors who love sharing their passion for this hobby. Each class is different, but most guarantee that by the end of class you will have completed an original, innovative project, learned a new technique, or used a tool or product that you might not have known about, and had a whole lot of fun all the while! Classes are a great way to learn new things, meet new people, and designate some time "just for you."

Fun frame with zentangles

Using a “Creative Imaginations” blank frame we will “Zentangle” all four sides with four , easy to learn”tangles” ( patterns). The top of the frame has a series of holes that will be threaded with ribbon for a decorative touch. If you are new to “Zentangle” this will be a fun and easy introduction. If you took the “Beginning Zentangle” previously, you will learn four new “tangles”.

you worked in our studio lately? We have added a large number
of accucut dies so stop by and check them out The studio is available
anytime the store is open. This is a great space for scrappers
or stampers with previous instruction. You can use all non-consumable
supplies (Accu-Cut, QuicKutz, Sizzix, stamps, punches, templates, Shape Cutter, Coluzzle)
and best yet you have a BIG, bright space to work in. Please
call ahead and make sure there is nothing going on, and check
in with a store employee once you’re there. Cost is $7
for 3 hours.
